Position Overview:
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the sales team, and expanding the diagnostic test portfolio in the assigned region. The role involves developing relationships with hospitals, doctors, and channel partners to achieve revenue targets and strengthen the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products and territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, labs, and corporate clients.
- Drive sales for routine and specialty diagnostic tests.
- Ensure consistent business growth through effective account management and client retention.
2. Team Management
- Lead and guide a team of Sales Executives / Territory Managers.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and motivation.
- Conduct regular review meetings and ensure timely reporting of sales performance.
3. Key Account & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key consultants, hospital administrators, and referral partners.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure long-term business association.
- Ensure prompt resolution of client issues and service-related concerns.
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local promotional activities and CMEs.
5. Coordination & Compliance
- Work closely with operations, logistics, and finance teams for smooth service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical business standards, and statutory requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
