Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Team Management: 
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and training to sales staff.
- Ensure the team is knowledgeable about the full range of products and services we offer, including motorcycles, scooters, and accessories. 
- Customer Service & Relationship Management: 
- Oversee customer interactions to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction. 
- Manage customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Foster long-term customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals. 
- Showroom Operations: 
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. 
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that high-demand models are in stock.
- Oversee the setup of promotional displays and the execution of sales events. 
- Sales Strategy & Execution: 
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals. 
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
- Track and report on sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activity. 
- Marketing & Branding: 
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, campaigns, and events. 
- Actively engage with the local community to enhance brand awareness and drive foot traffic to the showroom. 
- Training & Development: 
- Provide ongoing training to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices. 
- Help new employees onboard and integrate into the team successfully. 
- Financial & Budget Management: 
- Monitor sales budgets and ensure the department operates efficiently within financial constraints. 
- Work with finance to offer flexible payment plans and financing options to customers. 
- After-Sales Service: 
- Ensure customers are satisfied with their purchases and follow up for feedback after the sale. 
- Promote the showroom's service packages, accessories, and extended warranties. 
- Collaboration with Other Departments: 
- Coordinate with the service and finance departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 
- Work closely with inventory management to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role. Experience in automotive or two-wheeler sales is preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of sales processes, showroom operations, and inventory management.
- Education: High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Other Requirements: Must be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
