Showroom Manager Salary Rs. 40K to Rs.50K
Sales Women and Men Salary Rs. 20k Including Incentive
HR / Accounts / EDP Salary Rs. 20k Including Incentive
Job Location : Coimbatore / Erode / Salem - Panchakalipatti
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations, including staff supervision and customer service
- Drive sales growth by building strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure a high level of visual merchandising
- Manage inventory, process transactions, and handle customer complaints
Experience:
- 2-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or textile industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
- Knowledge of luxury and silk / boutique products (desirable)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with visual merchandising and store displays
- Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
