Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and stylish Silk Boutique Showroom Manager Male / Female to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. If you have a passion for luxury textiles and a knack for leadership, we'd love to hear from you.

Showroom Manager Salary Rs. 40K to Rs.50K

Sales Women and Men Salary Rs. 20k Including Incentive

HR / Accounts / EDP Salary Rs. 20k Including Incentive

Job Location : Coimbatore / Erode / Salem - Panchakalipatti

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day showroom operations, including staff supervision and customer service
  • Drive sales growth by building strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets
  • Maintain showroom displays and ensure a high level of visual merchandising
  • Manage inventory, process transactions, and handle customer complaints

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or textile industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
  • Knowledge of luxury and silk / boutique products (desirable)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
