- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable commercial kitchen equipment.
- Explain product features, technical specifications, and pricing clearly.
- Provide demonstrations where required.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized showroom and ensure all displays are up to date.
- Coordinate with the production/supply team to confirm availability and delivery timelines.
- Handle basic customer queries, escalate technical issues to the service or technical team.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers (restaurants, hotels, caterers).
- Keep up to date with new product launches, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Skills Required
Technical/Product Knowledge
- Basic understanding of commercial kitchen equipment
- Ability to explain specifications, usage, and benefits to customers in simple terms.
Sales & Communication Skills
- Good verbal communication (English & local language).
- Ability to actively listen to customer needs and suggest the right solution.
- Negotiation and convincing skills to close sales.
Customer Service Skills
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Problem-solving attitude and patience in handling customer doubts/complaints.
Organizational Skills
- Ability to maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and sales.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp/Email communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
