Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The CMO will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. Daily tasks include market planning, market research, public relations, and overseeing sales and marketing management. The CMO will work closely with other departments to align marketing initiatives with business goals and drive growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the FinTech or Banking industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
