Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer, located in Pune. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the company, providing strategic direction, managing top-level executive functions, and ensuring the company's financial performance. The role involves liaising with stakeholders, guiding business development, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading the team to achieve the organization's mission and goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in executive leadership, strategic planning, and business management
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and drive a team towards achieving strategic objectives
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience with sustainability and innovation in real estate developments is a plus
