Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate Marketing channels to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage paid marketing campaigns from planning to execution, optimization, and analysis to achieve desired ROI targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales) to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing or related field (Growth Marketing).
  • Strong understanding of Paid Marketing principles including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate Marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting or exceeding ROI targets.
