Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and manage the performance ads for our D2C vertical. They will plan, implement, and monitor our digital marketing campaigns on multiple platforms (Google, Meta, and other platforms).

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop a digital marketing strategy, identify ideal customers and their needs, and monitor the competition.
  • Should have expertise in running Google and Meta ads.
  • Planned and executed all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, and campaigns.
  • Should have expertise in Email Marketing, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Coordinated with Advertising/PR agencies and social media teams.
  • Develop and monitor marketing budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) in Marketing.
  • 4+ years of experience in campaign management - Google and Meta ads campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, and campaigns.

Note: Preferred Candidate would have run campaigns for D2C beauty/healthcare/skincare brands
