Role Overview
As a Management Trainee (Intern), you will gain 360° exposure to the functioning of a performance marketing agency. This role is designed to fast-track your learning, giving you hands-on experience in client management, campaign operations, analytics, and business growth initiatives—preparing you for a full-time career with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication
- Support campaign setup, monitoring, and optimisation to achieve performance goals
- Track campaign metrics, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights
- Create clear and concise reports to share progress with clients and partners
- Identify growth opportunities and support in pitching additional services
- Collaborate across business, creative, and tech teams for campaign success
- Troubleshoot challenges and take proactive steps to ensure delivery excellence
What we are looking for
- Experience: Freshers / 0–6 months in client servicing, account management, or analytics
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or campaign strategies
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical mindset, multitasking, Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Mindset: Proactive, curious, and eager to learn with a client-first attitude
- Preferred: Prior internship in digital marketing/affiliate network & familiarity with analytics/tracking tools
