Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated fresher to join our Import Department as a
Vendor Management Executive
. This role will provide hands-on exposure to international vendor coordination, import documentation, and procurement support. It's a great opportunity for someone eager to build a career in
vendor management and international trade

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in onboarding and maintaining vendor records for import operations.
  • Coordinate with international vendors for timely order placements, shipment updates, and documentation.
  • Support in reviewing contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Verify accuracy and compliance of import documents (invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, etc.).
  • Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with logistics, accounts, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
  • Help resolve vendor-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Maintain vendor performance reports and import activity records.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Commerce, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field
    .
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of
    MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    .
  • Willingness to learn about
    import procedures, documentation, and vendor management
    .
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
