
Vendor Manager

Bada Business is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vendor Manager to drive and manage our vendor partnerships for sustained growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Vendor Identification & Onboarding
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors across multiple domains (purchase, tech, AI, CRM, hiring, digital marketing, etc.).
- Conduct due diligence to assess vendor capabilities, quality standards, and scalability.
- Negotiate favorable commercial terms, delivery schedules, and SLAs.
- Draft, finalize, and manage contracts in alignment with legal and compliance requirements.
Vendor Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with vendors.
- Act as the single point of contact between Bada Business and vendors for strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with vendors to align their services/products with organizational needs.
Performance Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Define and monitor KPIs for vendor performance (quality, timeliness, cost, innovation).
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews, issue resolution, and improvement planning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, service delivery, and cost optimization.
Risk & Cost Management
- Identify and mitigate risks related to vendor performance, compliance, and supply chain disruptions.
- Develop contingency plans for mission-critical vendors.
- Ensure vendor partnerships contribute to cost savings without compromising on quality.
Strategic Contribution
- Partner with leadership to align vendor strategy with company growth objectives.
- Leverage vendor partnerships for innovation in AI, CRM, and digital platforms.
- Benchmark industry best practices to ensure competitive advantage
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Experience: 7-12 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
- Domain Exposure: Experience managing vendors across at least 23 areas like tech development, CRM, hiring, digital marketing, or inventory management.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of driving cost savings, efficiency, and innovation through vendor partnerships.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership abilities.
