Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement
marketing strategies
to establish and grow brand presence in markets. - Drive
market entry plans
, including competitor analysis, pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies. - Collaborate with distributors, channel partners, and local agencies to ensure effective
brand visibility and promotional activities
. - Customize
marketing campaigns
in line with cultural and regulatory nuances of each country. - Work closely with
Regulatory Affairs and Sales teams
to ensure compliance with local guidelines while maximizing market opportunities. - Conduct regular
market research
to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. - Build strong relationships with
key stakeholders
including healthcare professionals, nutritionists, hospitals, and trade partners. - Manage
international events, product launches, and scientific symposiums
across the region. - Monitor and report on
marketing ROI
, sales performance, and competitor activities. - Drive
brand excellence initiatives
ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines while tailoring for regional relevance. - Willingness to travel extensively across SAARC countries for periodic review and cycle meetings.

Qualifications & Skills
- MBA in
Marketing/International Business
(preferred). - 12+ years of experience in
International Marketing
in Nutraceuticals/Pharma/FMCG. - Strong understanding of
SAARC markets
and their cultural, economic, and regulatory dynamics. - Proven track record of
brand building, product launches, and marketing execution
internationally. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across geographies.
