What you'll do:

Assist in recruitment - sourcing CVs, posting jobs, screening profiles, and coordinating

interviews.

Support onboarding and candidate communications.

Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

Assist in building a collaborative, people-first culture.

Contribute to LinkedIn growth for the brand and team.

Help with outreach and online reputation management.

Handle HR operations and day-to-day reporting.

Maintain HR documentation, including MoUs and collaboration records.

What we need:

Strong interest in Human Resources, talent management, or organizational development.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Active LinkedIn profile preferred..

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
