About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven
Performance Marketing Manager
to lead and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across paid channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in scaling campaigns, driving ROI, and managing budgets efficiently, while staying updated on the latest digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, Affiliates).
  • Own end-to-end paid marketing strategy including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven campaigns.
  • Monitor key metrics (CAC, ROI, ROAS, LTV) and ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create high-converting creatives and landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B testing across ads, audiences, and creatives for continuous improvement.
  • Stay on top of new tools, platforms, and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing with proven results in scaling digital campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in
    Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
    (certifications preferred).
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, or similar).
  • Excellent knowledge of attribution models, bidding strategies, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Ability to manage budgets, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus.
