Sales Development Representative

Shift
: 6.30 PM AM (We provide cab pick & drop)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels to generate qualified leads in the USA market for clients.
- Research target accounts, decision-makers, and industry trends to tailor outreach efforts.
- Set up discovery meetings/demos for the sales team with high-quality prospects.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track and manage leads, activities, and performance metrics.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline and meet/exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
- Provide feedback from prospects to improve messaging, positioning, and product-market fit.
Requirements
- 3+ years of SDR / BDR experience, preferably in the USA market.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, or similar).
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with sales and marketing teams.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a consultative and solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cold calling and social selling (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Experience with lead generation, closing sales, negotiations, cold call & cold emails, LinkedIn prospecting,
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms.
- Knowledge of USA business culture and customer expectations.
