We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing top-notch customer service, managing customer accounts, and fostering long-term relationships. This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Respond to customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, marketing) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Track customer satisfaction and gather feedback to improve products/services.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer value and business growth.
  • Follow up with customers regularly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Assist customers in the onboarding process, providing product demos and guiding them through service offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and account health.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or related roles (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and customer service platforms.
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle customer concerns in a calm and efficient manner.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in customer retention and relationship-building strategies.
  • Analytical skills to assess customer feedback and recommend improvements.
  • Ability to adapt to different customer needs and handle a variety of situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
