Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :

• The candidate is responsible for Developments and application support in Supply-chain functions in Manufacturing & Quality. Ability to work with business & application experts to understand requirements and transform into solution.Design, develop and test to create quality solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Understands and applies Information Technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities
• ing conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to solve highly complex business processes and procedural problems
• Manage and/or perform the Design, Build and Testing of Business Applications and its Architecture in line with agreed Time frames, Business Requirements and Global Standards
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time.
• Maintain Production Systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and Governance processes
• Support day to day business requirements according to Global SLA
• Deliver solutions to solve business requirements considering priorities and resources available
• Ensure the proper use of Information Technology project management SAP 5 step project management methodology to comply of Information Technology governance practices
• Collaborate with Business and Functional team, Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project
• Mentor and coach junior developer resources.
• Review program codes and suggest corrections in case of any errors.
• Performance tuning to improve system performance over multiple business processes.
• Identify and assess new technologies and concepts that can add value to the business
• To stay updated with the latest technological advancement and changes in the world of SAP development and adapting to these changes by self-training and research work.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology with desired Master's degree in Business Administration in areas of Information Technology, Operations Management or Finance.
• A proven track record of performance with at least 3- 5 years on IT Role Collecting Business requirements developing, configuring and implementing or supporting PP & QM applications.
• Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and business needs in technical specifications in English.
• Strong ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, technologies, individuals and cultures.
• Strong desire to expand knowledge to other Supply Chain Planning or ECC or newer technologies is required.
• Able to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals, and technologies
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify root cause
• Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies
• Strong knowledge of data upload, ABAP Debugging Skills, SAP Fiori
• Knowledge of any dashboard tool is optional

• Good SAP technical architecture knowledge

• Hands-on experience in Manufacturing (PP & QM) and its Integration, End to End projects integrating with various systems e.g. SAP ECC, S/4HANA (& MES) Configuration,

• Good understanding of SAP PP & QM like Material master, Bill of material, routing, Production version, Quality management master data and transaction data like inspection lot and release cycle, Handling units cycle, batch master etc.
• Good understanding of Production Planning and Execution - Discrete & Repetitive cycles, MTS and MTO, Good Understanding of Integration with MM , PM , LE & WM.
• Knowledge on SAP Cloud Platform, SAP API, Google Cloud Platform

Preferred Qualifications :

• Hands-on experience in Manufacturing (PP & QM) and it's Integration, End to End projects integrating with various systems e.g. SAP ECC, S/4HANA (& MES) Configuration, APO, IBP, Kinaxix
• Strong problem Solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically to identify and communicate root causes.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information verbally as well as in written formats.
• Proficient English language skills
