- Must have 10 years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting highly technical IT professionals in SW Development and System (Kernel) Level Development required
- Experience recruiting at high volumes is required
- Experience working with JAPAC Region along with India would be added advantage
- Source, engage and earn trust from candidates, teammates and hiring teams
- Experience and creativity recruiting security clearance candidates
- Ability to communicate and influence across all levels of hiring manager and leadership
- Organizational skills to effectively handle multiple priorities
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently
- Ability to balance both business need and candidate experience
- Negotiation skills - ability to close candidates and influence hiring managers
- Mentor to others in Talent Advisory Org
- Expects changes in priorities, and communicates the why as they collaborate with others
The person in this role will:
- Contribute to defining and leading the execution of recruiting strategy in partnership with the business and, potentially, with a team of sourcing recruiters.
- Take pride in your work and ensure operational excellence, including delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Lead meetings with business groups to include internal movement discussions and consult in job scoping discussions as needed.
- Own the preparation and delivery of open role status reports, leading reviews on active searches and calibration discussions.
- Recruit active and passive candidates, assess candidates, build and maintain network of diverse potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates.
- Use data to confidently identify roadblocks and solutions in the recruiting process as well as influence key stakeholders around important decisions.
- Prepare, deliver, and negotiate offer packages, helping Oracle attract and secure top industry talent.
- Gather market intelligence on compensation, titles and other employment trends and share internally to improve hiring strategy.
- Share best practices to improve not only their performance, but that of their team around them.
