About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Public Relations Manager to lead our brand's marketing initiatives and manage all aspects of public relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and build strong relationships with media, partners, and the public.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and PR strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and content across all channels.
  • Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, events, and activations.
  • Build and maintain media relationships; draft press releases and secure coverage.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity for insights and opportunities.
  • Supervise social media activities, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
  • Handle crisis communications and reputation management with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven track record in managing marketing and PR for consumer-facing brands.
  • Strong media network and understanding of PR best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
