Role & responsibilities

2. Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote the hospitals services to corporate clients and the general public.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the corporate and industrial sectors.

3. Brand Building and Awareness:

  • Enhance the hospitals brand visibility through offline and online channels.
  • Collaborate with the media team to produce promotional materials, newsletters, and social media content tailored for the corporate audience.
  • Organize events such as medical camps, health fairs, and educational seminars.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless delivery of corporate healthcare programs.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify and promote specialized services.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

6. Compliance and Ethics:

  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, especially in a healthcare setting.
