We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven candidate with a creative flair to understand the brand and execute its marketing goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies: This involves creating comprehensive plans to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.
• Content Creation: Developing engaging and informative content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
• Campaign/ Calendar Management: Planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, and traditional media.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing campaign performance data to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future campaigns.
• Budget Management: Overseeing and managing marketing budgets effectively.
• Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers through various marketing channels and activities.
• Brand Management: Ensuring brand consistency and building a strong brand identity.
• Market Research: Studying consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and inform marketing efforts. Skills:
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating engaging content and interacting with customers.
• Creativity: Generating innovative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with various digital marketing channels and platforms.
• Industry Experience: Jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods industry experience is a must. Requirements:
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, advertising within the jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods industry.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field. Advanced qualifications (MBA/ MA/ MSc) are a plus.
