Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing and Communication Executive located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Marketing and Communication Executive will oversee developing and executing marketing strategies, crafting compelling communication materials, coordinating press releases, and fostering strong relationships with media and stakeholders. Additionally, this role involves managing social media campaigns, public relations efforts, and enhancing the company's overall brand presence through creative and engaging strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid platforms.
  • Work with creative teams to develop marketing collateral.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Manage social media calendars and content output.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for promotions, events, and brand activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Marketing Communications and crafting effective communication strategies.
  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing strategies and content creation.
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media ads, Google Analytics, and marketing tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Rajasthan, India, and collaborate closely with the team.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in managing successful marketing or communication projects is an advantage.
