Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to manage school promotion activities, increase brand visibility, and support student admission campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good networking abilities, and experience in field marketing or promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute school promotional activities to enhance visibility and reach.
  • Conduct field visits, meet with parents, coaching centers, schools, societies, and communities for promotional outreach.
  • Coordinate and manage admission campaigns, school events, seminars, and awareness drives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, event partners, and external agencies.
  • Create and distribute promotional materials such as brochures, banners, and pamphlets.
  • Assist in digital marketing activities including social media promotions and online campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to understand competition, trends, and areas for growth.
  • Follow up with inquiries, manage leads, and support the admissions team.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on marketing activities and lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • 1–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform fieldwork and handle promotional events.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
