We are expanding our presence nationally and internationally and seek a skilled professional to drive our channel partner ecosystem and accelerate sales growth.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Channel Partner Development Manager to build, nurture, and expand our channel partner network for ERP software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in channel development within the ERP industry, excellent networking skills, and the ability to manage relationships that drive sales performance across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and managing channel partners nationally and internationally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners to maximize mutual growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner programs with business goals.
  • Monitor partner performance, provide support, training, and motivation to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the partner ecosystem in emerging regions.
  • Negotiate contractual agreements and manage channel partner compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote partnership opportunities and build brand awareness.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on channel partner activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (ideally 5+ years) in channel partner development or alliance management, specifically within customized ERP solutions, including scenarios where the ERP is developed, implemented, and supported in-house.
  • Must possess strong skills in creating professional, impactful PowerPoint presentations for partner enablement, product demonstrations, and business proposals.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling channel partner networks both domestically and internationally.
  • Strong understanding of the ERP market landscape and competitive dynamics.
  • Excellent networking, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and navigate cross-cultural business environments.
  • Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
