Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

Responsible for the entire recruitment process—from sourcing to hiring—in the organization and for building a talent pool pipeline across all verticals Responsible for lateral hiring in sales and Non-IT for mid to senior levels Build and maintain a high-quality database using available resources to the fullest extent, such as Job Portals, Walk-ins, Advertisements, Employee Referrals, and others Draft job descriptions, understand the JD, and develop a recruitment plan accordingly Meet with hiring managers to discuss job roles with the team Vendor management Publish trackers to respective HODs daily, weekly, or monthly as required Managing a team of 5-7 recruiters
