So, what's the gig?

We're looking for a Food & Beverage Executive who thrives on energy, coordination, and connection. You'll be the operational backbone during service — ensuring every shift runs seamlessly, every team member gets the support they need, and every guest leaves happy.

This role is perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and passionate about bringing people, processes, and great hospitality together.

The Good Stuff You'll Own

• Support smooth service: Coordinate between the kitchen, bar, and floor teams to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate service flow.
• Deliver great guest experiences: Assist the service and bar teams in maintaining warm, attentive, and consistent hospitality.
• Drive team efficiency: Monitor daily operations, ensure readiness before service, and help maintain team discipline and morale.
• Ensure operational excellence: Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality control standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Assist in reporting & administration: Support sales tracking, inventory checks, shift reports, and other daily documentation.
• Collaborate & communicate: Work closely with management to execute events, promotions, and operational improvements.

If You're Thinking "That's Me", Then We're On to Something

• 2–4 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, ideally in premium casual dining or brewery environments
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for F&B operations and delivering great guest experiences
• Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and peak hours
