Job Summary:

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with proven experience in F&B procurement for restaurants/QSR operations. The role involves sourcing vegetables, fruits, groceries, dairy, packaging, and kitchen consumables while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely supply to our central kitchen and outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Source and manage vendors for vegetables, fruits, groceries, dairy, and packaging.

· Negotiate rates and terms with distributors and suppliers.

· Track market price fluctuations and update procurement MIS.

· Ensure quality, hygiene, and compliance with FSSAI standards.

· Coordinate with kitchen, store, and operations teams for material planning.

· Maintain accurate purchase records, POs, and vendor agreements.

· Support inventory audits and resolve vendor discrepancies.

Requirements:

· 1–5 years of hands-on F&B procurement experience (restaurants, hotels, catering, or QSR).

· Strong vendor management & negotiation skills.

· Good knowledge of perishables, groceries, and packaging sourcing.

· Proficient in English, Kannada & Hindi for vendor coordination.

· Skilled in MS Excel & ERP/procurement systems.
