Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Executive, located in Bengaluru. The F&B Service Executive will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, overseeing daily operations within the outlet, managing team performance, and ensuring smooth service flow. The role includes coordinating with kitchen staff, maintaining hygiene standards, and providing an excellent dining experience to customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Experience in Team Management and Organization Skills to oversee smooth day-to-day operations
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, customer-facing role
