ChaiDays is looking for enthusiastic and energetic F&B Trainees / Interns who are eager to learn and build a career in the Food & Beverage industry. This role is ideal for freshers or hospitality students who want hands-on experience in café operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily café operations including food & beverage service
  • Learn preparation and serving of beverages and food items as per ChaiDays standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Support counter operations, billing, and customer handling
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Follow SOPs and instructions from supervisors and managers

Eligibility Criteria

  • Fresher / Hospitality students / Internship seekers
  • Interest in Food & Beverage and customer service
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
