We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Service Executive to join our team at the Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare and cook food according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation areas and dining rooms.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage service operations, preferably in hotels and restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and staff.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management preferred.
