Area Manager- QSR Fast Food

Job Description:
The candidate should oversee multiple sites, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of multiple sites, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards
Mentor and coach store Managers to achieve business goals and improve customer satisfaction
Analyze financial reports, manage P&L, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability
Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and develop staff members
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies
Drive sales growth, monitor industry trends, and implement best practices
Requirements:
1- 2+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management, QSR segment or an MNC in a similar role
Proven track record of operational improvements and business growth
Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing situations
flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
Advanced certifications in Food Safety, Operations, or Leadership desirable
