About the Role
We're hiring a Performance Ads Specialist to own our paid media campaigns end-to-end planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across search engines and social media platforms This role is all about driving measurable results—whether it's generating qualified leads, increasing Traffic ,engagement and scaling revenue. You'll manage budgets across platforms, optimize for conversions, and constantly experiment to unlock growth. This role requires someone who's both analytical and creative—able to design campaigns that capture attention while constantly refining performance through data.
Key Responsibilities
Optimization & Growth
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
Run A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement data-backed improvements.
Social Media Advertising
Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Conduct audience research, create ad sets, and monitor budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop ad creatives and copy that drive conversions.
A/B test campaigns, creative formats, and audience segments to continuously improve results.
Collaboration
Partner with design/content teams to create high-converting creatives.
Work closely with product and sales teams to align ad strategies with funnel performance.
Stay up to date with industry benchmarks, platform changes, and competitor strategies.
Search Engine Marketing (SEO + Paid Search)
Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Bing campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, and conversions.
Work closely with the SEO team to align paid and organic strategies for maximum visibility.
Track, report, and analyze campaign performance—providing actionable insights for scaling.
Analytics & Reporting
Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards to measure performance.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities.
Stay on top of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools to keep campaigns competitive.
Skills & Qualifications
3-6 years of hands-on experience in paid social and search advertising.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other ad platforms.
Proficiency in keyword research, campaign setup, and bid management.
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and how they integrate with paid campaigns.
Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, GTM, or similar tools.
Strong copywriting and creative collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications.
Experience with retargeting and programmatic ad platforms.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
