We're looking for a
strategic Google Ads Specialist
who lives and breathes performance. Someone who can not only run campaigns but also
own strategy, execution, and growth
across multiple B2B lead-generation accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimise high-performing Google Ads campaigns focused on
    B2B lead generation
    .
  • Strategise full-funnel ad flows — from keyword planning to conversion tracking.
  • Manage ad budgets of
    ₹10–20L+ per month
    efficiently with a strong ROI focus.
  • Work on
    landing page optimisation
    and CRO to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Create in-depth performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on creative strategy, messaging, and audience targeting.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience
    managing B2B lead-gen campaigns on Google Ads.
  • Deep understanding of Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Ability to
    think strategically and execute tactically
    — end to end.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record managing
    ₹10–20L+ monthly ad budgets.
  • Basic understanding of landing page builders (Unbounce, WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and A/B testing.
  • Leadership qualities, someone who can take
    ownership of accounts
    and drive results.
