Key Responsibilities:

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will drive Furrl's Meta ads execution while also experimenting with channels like Google Ads, SEO and email marketing. This is a unique opportunity to lead impactful campaigns, optimize ROI, and shape multi-channel strategies as we grow our community of style-conscious women.

  • Develop and execute Meta ad strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR) and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Run high frequency content experiments and stay ahead of content trends and best practices emerging in the market.
  • Collaborate with the content team to craft compelling ad creatives and messaging.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad performance and improve conversion rates.
  • Experiment with other channels (Google Ads, YouTube, email marketing) to discover new acquisition opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience in Meta shopping ads management, preferably in fashion, e-commerce, or D2C. Agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for acquisition, retention, and ROI.
  • Creative flair for developing compelling content ideas aligned with brand aesthetics.
  • Experience in testing new channels (e.g., Google Ads, email) is a strong plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
