Your expertise should extend to areas such as Induction, Performance Management, Talent Management & Employee engagement, Handling of ER issues, HR Policy Administration, Change Management, Compensation, Training delivery, OD initiatives, Consultative & Advisory skills. Additionally, your proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, MS Excel, and knowledge of some HR module of an ERP will be advantageous for executing your duties effectively.,
