Job Description – Tender Executive

Location: Juinagar

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA

Gender: Male/Female both can apply

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Tender Executive with strong knowledge of GeM, MahaTender, and other government/corporate tender portals. The ideal candidate must be aggressive in work execution, detail-oriented, and proficient in Tally ERP for coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end tender processes on GeM, MahaTender, and other e-tendering portals.
  • Search, evaluate, and identify suitable tenders on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documents, pricing, and approvals.
  • Maintain tender-related data, documentation, and submissions in Tally ERP.
  • Track tender status, follow-ups, revisions, and clarifications.
  • Ensure compliance with tender terms and conditions.
  • Prepare MIS reports on tender activities and outcomes.
  • Maintain vendor registrations and portal updates.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong working knowledge of GeM, MahaTender, and similar portals.
  • Mandatory knowledge of Tally ERP for coordination and record maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work aggressively, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tenders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tender handling.
