Position: Tendering Executive

Location: Saba Palace, Khar (West), Mumbai

Experience: 2 5 years (mandatory prior tendering experience)

Qualification: B.E. / Diploma (Mechanical / Production / Industrial) or Graduate with strong technical/commercial background

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tendering Executive to manage government, PSU, EPC, and defence tenders for our engineering and fabrication business. The candidate must have hands-on experience in GeM, eProcurement, PSU portals, and be capable of preparing complete techno-commercial proposals independently.

Candidates must reside within 5 km of Khar West and be comfortable working from our corporate office at Saba Palace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and track relevant tenders on GeM, eProcurement, defence, and EPC portals.
  • Study tender documents (NIT, BOQ, scope, pre-qualification) and prepare compliance matrices.
  • Prepare techno-commercial bids, cost sheets, vendor queries, and deviation statements.
  • Coordinate with engineering, purchase, and accounts teams for accurate costing and documentation.
  • Handle pre-bid meetings, tender clarifications, corrigenda, and timely submission.
  • Maintain tender database and post-bid follow-ups with clients.
  • Support registration and empanelment processes with PSUs, DRDO, HAL, L&T, etc.

Skills & Requirements

  • Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of core tendering experience in manufacturing / engineering / EPC industry.
  • Sound understanding of tender terms, taxes, pricing formats, and bid documentation.
  • Strong Excel and documentation skills; working knowledge of GeM and NIC portals.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and time-management abilities.
  • Candidate must live within 5 km of Khar West and be available for office-based work.
