We Are Hiring – Tender Executive

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Company: Landchester Engineers Pvt. Ltd.

Landchester Engineers is expanding our team We are looking for a dedicated Tender Executive to support our bidding and documentation process for geotechnical and civil engineering projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering / government portal documentation.
  • Should be based in Mumbai.
  • Civil Engineering background (Diploma / Degree) preferred.
  • Proficiency in tender documentation, BOQ understanding, vendor coordination and online submission processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review tender documents and prepare submissions
  • Coordinate with internal technical & finance teams
  • Maintain tender tracking and submission schedules
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals
