Position Tittle - HRBP
Location - Lower Parel
Role & responsibilities
- Drive and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Manage employee engagement and nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay-plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations.
- Review and update our employment contracts and agreements
• Manage internal communication projects - Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply as per audit requirements

In-Depth knowledge of Labour Law and HR Best Practices Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
