Position Details: UI/UX Designer

Location: Sakinaka, Andheri (Mumbai)

What We're Looking For:

Key Responsibilities :

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides.

Required Skills

• Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS; basic JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.

Preferred Skills:

• Attention to detail and strong visual design skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• BFSI Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Prior experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector will be highly beneficial.
