What We're Looking For:

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Business Users: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand functional requirements for IT solutions.
• Create Functional Specifications: Translate business requirements into functional IT requirements, and prepare detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
• Facilitate Requirements Gathering: Lead or participate in cross-functional meetings to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements for new projects and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Development & Testing Teams: Work with development and testing teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements, ensuring the solutions align with business needs.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Oversee and support UAT to validate that IT solutions meet the functional requirements and perform as expected.
• Time Management: Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

• Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Basic SQL for data querying and familiarity with reporting tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting platforms.
• Business Acumen: Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into functional IT requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working with both business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, define, and clarify requirements.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail when documenting requirements and testing deliverables.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments and using Agile tools like Jira.
• BFSI Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Prior experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector will be highly beneficial.
