Were looking for a Business Development Executive with 4+ years of experience and one 5+ Years in IT sales/business development (BFSI preferred). Position Details
- Role: Business Development / Sales - 2
- Domain: IT / BFSI
- Location: Marol / Sakinaka, Andheri (Mumbai)
- Experience: 1 to 5 years, also 5+ Years (IT sales / BFSI domain preferred)
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT solutions & services (preferably BFSI domain).
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers (CXO-level preferred).
- Create and deliver impactful sales pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to design client-focused solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline using CRM tools.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve assigned sales/revenue targets.
- Represent Nucsoft at networking events, client meetings, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–5 years of proven experience in business development / IT sales (preferably BFSI sector).
- Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS, APIs, Data Analytics, BI tools, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Go-getter attitude with resilience, problem-solving ability, and target-driven approach.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced IT sales environment.
