Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic
Enterprise Sales Manager
to fuel our GCC expansion initiatives. This role is about identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients — both
new entrants planning to set up GCCs
in India and
existing GCCs
looking for
support services
such as:

  • Talent acquisition & staff augmentation
  • Managed workspaces & real estate solutions
  • Payroll, HR, and compliance services
  • Advisory for GCC setup & expansion
  • AI, automation, and cloud deployments
  • Corporate upskilling & learning (NetSkill)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify target companies (U.S., EU, APAC) expanding or operating GCCs in India.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of leads through
    email, LinkedIn, and strategic outreach
    .
  • Reach out to
    CXO-level, HR, and Operations leaders
    to understand expansion or optimization needs.
  • Coordinate with the
    sales and leadership team
    to qualify opportunities and schedule meetings.
  • Maintain data accuracy and progress tracking in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing on
    outreach campaigns, webinars, and lead nurturing funnels.
  • Generate monthly reports on outreach metrics and conversion rates.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2–6 years of B2B lead generation / inside sales experience (preferably in IT, GCC, or enterprise services).
  • Strong understanding of
    global business, GCC ecosystem, or enterprise outsourcing models.
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho), and cold email outreach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (international client exposure preferred).
  • Self-driven, persistent, and able to work in a fast-paced growth environment.
