About the Role:

We are looking for a focused and result-driven Recovery Agent / Collection Associate to manage outstanding accounts and ensure timely resolution of dues. This role requires strong follow-up skills, clear communication, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage assigned accounts for outstanding payments
  • Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and in-person visits when required
  • Maintain accurate records of communication and payment status
  • Work closely with internal finance and operations teams to resolve account issues
  • Negotiate payment timelines and support structured settlements when needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery guideline
  • Prepare regular status reports on collection progress

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or recovery
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of basic accounting and payment processes
  • Ability to manage pressure and meet targets
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area if needed
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, BFSI, or telecom collections
  • Knowledge of the local Gurgaon market
  • Immediate joiner preferred
