We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in the BPO sector. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding for various customer support, technical support, and back-office roles. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in high-volume hiring and an understanding of BPO talent needs, recruitment metrics, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, social media, and campus hiring.
  • Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' communication skills, attitude, and suitability for BPO roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics (TAT, conversion ratio, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
  • Handle bulk hiring drives for voice, non-voice, and blended processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employee onboarding, documentation, and background verification.
  • Stay updated with industry hiring trends and competitor practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or mass hiring environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR databases (ATS knowledge preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring for voice, non-voice, and technical support processes.
  • Familiarity with night shift / rotational shift hiring.
  • Understanding of HR compliance and onboarding documentation.
