Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive (0–2 Years Experience)
Department: HR – Talent Acquisition
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. This role is ideal for Graduates, Post Graduates, MBA/HR freshers, or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about recruitment and eager to build a strong career in Talent Acquisition.
You will gain hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and collaborate closely with hiring managers across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, social media platforms, the company career portal, internal references, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify the right talent for various roles.
- Coordinate with hiring teams to schedule interviews and follow up for timely feedback.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and documentation.
- Manage offer creation in SAP SuccessFactors, offer rollout, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Conduct and support webinars related to hiring drives, campus engagements, and candidate awareness sessions.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate .
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (freshers welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment concepts with eagerness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
- Must have their own laptop.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
