Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and role requirements. Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across various functions and levels. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including leveraging job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Build a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and update recruitment data and reports using ATS and internal HR systems. Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations. Work with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies. Represent the company at job fairs, industry conferences, and campus recruitment events as needed. Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and employment laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience recruiting in BFSI, fintech, or related industries. Exposure to employer branding initiatives and diversity hiring strategies. Certification in HR or recruitment-related areas is a plus.
