Role Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior/Sales Manager to drive business growth through strategic lead generation, client relationship management, and market expansion. Prior experience in real estate or B2B/B2C sales is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities
- Generate leads via networking, cold calling, and digital platforms
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Create tailored proposals and pitch presentations to win new business
- Collaborate with internal teams to align growth initiatives and client delivery
- Share market feedback to enhance services and offerings
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven sales experience (real estate or B2B/B2C preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting
- Highly organized, proactive, and client-focused
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 2+ years in sales/business development
- Remuneration: Competitive, based on experience
