We're seeking a
Technical Program Manager
to join our team at a fast-paced AI Pet Care Services/Healthcare and Telemedicine startup. You'll be instrumental in leading the development and launch of our innovative platforms, bridging the gap between technical teams and business objectives. We're looking for a passionate individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment and has a proven track record of bringing consumer facing products to market.

  • Responsibilities:
    Lead the end-to-end program management for new product features and services, from ideation to launch.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and product management, to define requirements, scope projects, and manage timelines.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Drive technical discussions and decisions, ensuring a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end complexities.

  • Help define and improve our product development processes to increase efficiency and predictability.

  • Qualifications: 8-10 years of total work experience
    in a technical role, with at least 3-5 years in a tech program/project management capacity.

  • Strong technical background
    with hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development.
  • Front-end proficiency
    : Experience with frameworks and languages like
    React, Flutter, JavaScript, and TypeScript

  • Back-end proficiency
    : Experience with technologies such as
    Python, , and
    .
  • Database expertise
    : Familiarity with both relational (e.g.,
    PostgreSQL
    ) and NoSQL (e.g.,
    MongoDB
    ) databases.
  • Prior experience
    working in B2C or D2C companies is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for leveraging technology to improve pet care and telemedicine.
