- Plan, schedule, track, and deliver multiple technical programs on time and within budget.- Develop detailed program roadmaps, define milestones, and monitor progress against key deliverables.- Coordinate efforts across engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.- Provide regular program status reports, updates, and dashboards to leadership teams.- Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities effectively.- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and blockers early in the project lifecycle.- Proactively develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize impact.- Ensure transparent communication of risks and progress to stakeholders.- Collaborate with leadership to align program goals with organizational objectives.- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and expansion of product lines.- Prepare and present proposals to secure new programs or projects.- Ensure adherence to master project plans, technical standards, and quality expectations.- Develop and improve project management processes, tools, and templates.- Act as an advisor to cross-functional teams regarding project prioritization, resource allocation, and execution strategy.- Participate in contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with financial, resource, and operational requirements.- Monitor budget utilization, cost forecasts, and project profitability.Required Skills & Competencies:- 5-8 years of experience in Program Management or Technical Program Leadership within a software or technology environment.- Proven expertise in program planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.- Strong understanding of software development processes and technical project delivery.- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
